About the Versailles Fraternal Order of Firefighters

The Versailles Fraternal Order of Firefighters, Inc. (Versailles FOF) was established in 2021 by the members of the Versailles Fire Department. We are a federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to serving our community both on and off the fireground.

As firefighters, we have witnessed firsthand the devastating impact that fires, emergencies, and unexpected financial hardships can have on families. Those experiences inspired us to create an organization focused on providing support when it is needed most.

The Versailles Fire Department is a combination department made up of career firefighters, part-time firefighters, volunteer firefighters, and Fire Corps members. While we may be a small-town department, we are united by a deep commitment to the City of Versailles and the citizens we are honored to protect.

The Versailles FOF is a member-driven organization, led and supported by the firefighters and members of our department—from our newest volunteer recruit to our Fire Chief. Together, we work to make a positive difference in the lives of those we serve.

All proceeds collected through our online store and donation platform directly support charitable initiatives, community assistance programs, and local individuals and families facing hardship.

Our Mission

The mission of the Versailles Fraternal Order of Firefighters is to:

• Provide charitable assistance and financial relief to individuals, families, and children in our community during times of need.

• Support fire prevention and public education programs that help keep our community safe.

• Promote and strengthen the brotherhood and sisterhood of the fire service through support, assistance, and fellowship among members of the Versailles Fire Department.

• Serve as a positive force within our community through compassion, service, and outreach.

Through the generosity of our supporters, sponsors, and community partners, we are able to continue helping those in need and making a lasting impact throughout Woodford County.
